PTA-45B

The PTA-45B meets or exceeds the specifications of ARINC-740 for Multiple-Input Cockpit Printers. In addition, the PTA-45B includes the following capabilities:

  • Interfaces with up to 12 ARINC-429 systems using prioritized polling
  • A single ARINC-429 output for control and status
  • Variable print formats - 40, 64, 80, 80 sideways, OCR-B
  • Up to 80 characters/line and 7 lines/inch
  • 8 Kbytes RAM Data Buffer memory
  • 32 Kbytes EPROM Program memory
  • Supports paper width of 4.375 inches, 100 feet/roll
  • Print rate of 120 40-character lines/minute

  Configurations

The PTA-45B cockpit printer comes in several different hardware configurations, providing options for the front panel color, control / indicator options, and high speed 429 interface.
